​Maggie, Susan, Karen, and everyone at Special Equestrians: In honor and memory of my mom and Skippy, I would like to express my profound gratitude for the joy that assisted equine therapy provides. Because my mom grew up on a farm in New Hampshire, she was able to commune with Skippy long after she had lost her ability to connect with most humans. Spending time with Skippy (and all of you) was one of the few lights on the very dark path of dementia. We will always hold Skippy in our hearts, and I know my mom is taking good care of him for you, Maggie.
