Vinnie is the owner of Gold Coast Landscape Lighting based here in Vero Beach. Originally from New England, Vinnie wintered here in Vero Beach for several years until deciding to settle here permanently.
Vinnie and his wife love this community and feel honored every time they are asked to get involved with a local charity. SETC is very close to his heart as an avid Equestrian and former pre hospital emergency care provider.
Amanda was born and raised in Vero Beach FL. She graduated from Vero Beach High School with a certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant. While attending IRSC, she worked as a CNA in a nursing home facility. After graduating from IRSC with a bachelors degree in Special Education, she then went on to become a Special Education Teacher working with children with varying exceptionalities at the elementary level. She enjoys volunteering and attending fundraising events for SETC. In her spare time, Amanda has a great love for horses and greatly enjoys horseback riding and staying physically fit.
Diane was born and raised in Vero Beach and has been teaching Kindergarten at Osceola Magnet School since 1989. She loves giving back to the community she is so proud to be a product of. She became aware of the SETC program several years ago when one of her students was a rider. She joined the board with her husband to help support this great cause.
Denise is a native Floridian and has been in Vero Beach since 1967. She started volunteering at Special Equestrians in 2010 and joined the board in 2012. Her youngest daughter, Amanda, also volunteers and serves on the Board. She is also an equestrian and horse owner.
PATH Intl Riding Instructor
Karen was born and raised in Michigan, moving to Vero Beach in 1991. Her interest and love of everything Equine started at an early age and continues today. After raising three sons, Karen found Special Equestrians and volunteered for 2 years. Becoming a PATH Intl. Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor was a natural progression. Her energy and love of children and horses evident, Karen now serves Special Equestrians of the Treasure Coast as Executive Director.
Jimmy works for Premier Citrus in Indian River County.
Beth is a teacher at Osceola Magnet Elementary School.
She owns Two Pretty Horses Equestrian Boutique and is a horse owner.
